Welcome to the restaurant DUFKE

This restaurant had been a specialist in the production of malt and for regional kitchen under the name "Gugler" until 1970. The grandson of the former owner and his partner (Thomas Dufke and Mandy Kolberg) started to continue the tradition in fresh and enthusiatic manner.

Our philosophy results from our experience  which we have gained by working at several places.

Thomas Dufke returns to the restaurant as a professional butcher and cook. His partner Mandy Kolberg has to offer professionally qualified and friendly manners as a graduate in the hotel and catering trade.
